Weekend English Courses

At Kingsway we recognise the pressure on your working week so we give you the option of learning at the weekend, on a Saturday and Sunday with our “Power Pack” programme.
You can take the Power Pack on its own (Option 1) or you can add it to any Kingsway course before or after (Option 2 or Option 3), or both before and after a regular course (Option 4).

Power Pack (POW)

The Power Pack is a programme of one to one lessons on a Saturday and Sunday. You will have your own dedicated teacher, usually the same one for both days (unless your needs are such that two teachers would be beneficial). Lessons take place all day Saturday (and include lunch with your teacher) and on Sunday morning. After lunch with your Homestay family, Sunday afternoon is free for travel, relaxation or to spend time catching up on your office work.
If you take the Power Pack by itself you will need to arrive in the UK on Friday evening and depart from the UK on Sunday afternoon/evening or Monday morning.
PLEASE NOTE : The price shown below is for the weekend. As there is only 1 weekend per week this could also be "per week"!

I have received my personal results of the VC [Leadership Development Centre]. For all 10 criteria I'm ranked between "fully meets expectations" or "outstanding performance". Of course I'm absolutely happy about this result. Thank you very much for your extremely valuable support during the preparation. This was obviously one of the key levers to achieve this outstanding result.

Hello Zoe,

As I promised to you here a short report about my 'leadership development center' last week. The center went along from Tuesday to Thursday - one of the most stressful days I remember. We were 9 participants and 9 observers and this constellation assured a very intensive "care" through the whole time. Everything - even lunch, breaks and dinner was in English because it was an international group within Finland, China, Netherlands and USA. The time in Worcester and particularly the one-to-one lessons with you at the weekend were extremely helpful in all exercises and gave me the confidence I needed.

They told me in my personal feedback, I have many strengths and less room for improvement. 9 from 10 observed dimensions were in the green area and only 1 in a yellow part but real close to green.
So it was a VERY successful result! Thank you again for everything!

I had to give a lecture the week after my course at Kingsway. It wasn’t difficult for me to present my slides, because I prepared the text very seriously with my teachers at Kingsway. I understood questions and I answered easily.

But I had to face an unexpected problem ! I discovered at the last moment that I had to present my organisation in the closing statement of the symposium. So, I worked hard to prepare this speech the last night. Finally, I think it wasn’t so bad. I had to answer many questions from the public, telling me that they had understood and were interested in the subject. It was a good experience for me...
