Weekend Course Accommodation
- Because the Weekend Courses "Power Pack" programme takes place over the weekend there are some special rules regarding your accommodation and how it is charged :
- 1) If you take the Power Pack with a regular Kingsway course your homestay accommodation is added to your normal course – extra days are charged “pro-rata”.
- 2) If you take a Power Pack course by itself there is a minimum homestay accommodation charge equivalent to 4 nights at the appropriate rate. This covers the weekend, from arrival on a Friday to departure on a Monday.
- 3) If you choose to stay in a hotel you just pay for the appropriate number of nights in the hotel.
- 4) Kingsway Apartments - if you want complete independence and time to focus on your work objectives, then a serviced apartment may be for you.
Cancellations
- 1) Before your course begins we will refund all of the money we have received from you less any expenses incurred by us. We always try to minimise these expenses.
- 2) After your course has started we do not refund any money except in the case of your critical illness or a family critical illness or death. In this case any refund is at the discretion of the school
- 3) Accommodation : Homestay : If you cancel your course 1 week or less before it starts we will automatically pay the homestay family one week in compensation
- 4) Accommodation : Homestay : If you want to change homestay we require 1 whole week's notice from the following weekend (or payment instead)
- 5) Accommodation : Kingsway Serviced Apartments : If you cancel your booking less than 3 weeks before your course begins we will not refund any accommodation money to you unless we can sell the apartment to another person.
- 6) Accommodation : Hotel : if you want to change or cancel your hotel reservation the contract is between you and the hotel so you will have to observe the hotel's cancellation policy.
