What is ‘Bring a Buddy’?
Simple. Book any course at Kingsway to take place in May or June 2012 and bring a friend, relative or colleague for half-price. You are free to share the discount if you wish!
What’s the catch?
None. It is a simple as it sounds. There are of course some conditions attached :
The nasty conditions
1) You must travel together so you arrive and depart on the same flight, bus, train etc
2) Your courses must take place during the months of May or June 2012
3) You can book any courses however only the cheaper one will be discounted 50%
4) The discount applies to the course fees only; accommodation, registration, transfers etc are charged at the normal rates
5) This offer cannot be combined with any other offer
Some nice points to note
1) You can stay in the same homestay if you wish (subject to availability) or in separate ones at no cost difference
2) You do not need to book at the same time but the ‘buddy’ must link his/her booking to the first student by telling us at time of booking
3) You still get the same fantastic service that Kingsway is famous for!
How to Book a ‘Bring a Buddy’ course
Complete the online application form in the normal way (one per student)
1) If booking together both students should mention the ‘Bring a Buddy’ promotion at time of booking. The half-price offer will be applied to the cheaper course invoice
2) If booking separately then the second student should mention the ‘Bring a Buddy’ promotion at time of booking and give details of the first student to whom they are linking. The half-price offer will be applied to the second course invoice and the amount of the discount will be that of the cheaper of the two courses
3) In all cases you are free to split the payments between you as you like, however the total amount paid must equal the total of the two invoices
Terms & Conditions
1) All Kingsway’s normal terms and conditions otherwise will apply as normal.
2) In the event of any unusual situation not covered by the above we will look at each event on its own merits and make a decision accordingly. This decision is completely at the discretion of the school and is final
FAQ
Q. Why are you offering a second course at half-price?
A. The post-summer period is a quieter time for language schools so we want to help improve our occupancy rate, however it is also a fantastic time for you to come to Kingsway because the class sizes are usually much smaller than during the busy summer months.
Q. Why do we have to travel together?
A. The reason why we are able to offer the promotional discount is because we work to ‘economy of scale’. It costs a lot for us to service each student arrival and departure. If we can save money by you travelling together we are able to pass this on to you in the ‘Bring a Buddy’ promotion.
Q. Do we have to stay in the same homestay (host family)?
A. No you can stay in separate homestays if you wish, though many couples like to stay together to share the wonderful experience. Either way, there is no cost difference so feel free to choose which you prefer.
Q. Do we have to book the same course?
A. No, you can choose any Kingsway course that you want, however the 50% discount will only be applied to the tuition fees (lesson fees) of the cheaper one
Q. Can I bring two friends with me on the promotion?
A. If you would like to bring two friends (so three students travelling together) we will apply a 15% discount to the third course fee in the following way :
Most expensive course = normal price lessons
Cheapest course = half price lessons
Third course = 15% discount on lessons
