Kingsway has developed its own online learning programme called ZipEnglish. Most online learning courses are really a series of practice tests and you keep practising until you get it right! If you are lucky some of them offer you written feedback from a teacher, others a group tutorial or conversation class with a teacher – neither a very inspiring way to learn
ZipEnglish - Kingsway's online programme
ZipEnglish is a fresh new approach to online learning using friendly live teachers and the latest web conferencing technology. Here at Kingsway we have developed a great interactive experience with live teachers, coupled with supreme customer service. In ZipEnglish we have set out to replicate this live experience as closely as possible so that you can literally zip up a piece of Kingsway English Centre and take it to wherever you want to learn!
ZipEnglish offers you two ways to learn:
ZipTalk - friendly live speaking sessions
By telephone, Skype or web-conferencing, these sessions are 30 minutes long. ZipTalk is a great way of getting instant help with a particular problem or getting a regular practice of your English speaking skills.
ZipCourse - tailor made 1:1 English courses
ZipCourses give you a clear "learning path" from beginning to end. You will set your course objectives and you will achieve them. And you will have your personal teacher to hold your hand all the way. A ZipCourse consists of 4 modules which take between 4 and 8 weeks to complete.
