General English Courses
All courses include a free online "Welcome" session with one of our friendly teachers. This is a 30 minute chat over the internet using Skype or similar, so you can get to know a little about Kingsway, and we can get to know you before you arrive. This is very informal, easy, friendly and fun! One of our teachers will email you 1 or 2 weeks before you come to Kingsway.
Also included with all Kingsway courses is a free 30 minute English "On Track" continuation-of-learning session after your course has finished. This is a great way to continue speaking English and keep your fluency up, and to take your English on to the next level. We usually arrange this 2 weeks after your course has finished.
General English Group (GEG)
A full-time group course with a maximum of 6 in the group. The morning classes follow the skeleton timetable to ensure a good mix of skills but priority is given to speaking, listening and pronunciation. The afternoon classes are negotiated – the teacher finds out what each member of the group would like to do and tailors a programme for the class as a whole.

General English Combination (GEC)
Combine 15 hours in the group with 11 hours 1:1 from Monday to Thursday. Depending on various timetabling factors the 1:1 lessons could be in the mornings or the afternoons. During your first one-to-one lesson your teacher will carry out a needs analysis and agree on a programme of study with you, however you can change this at any time to ensure your objectives are met.

Language at Leisure (LAL)
A mornings-only General English Group course with a maximum of 6 students in the group. Classes follow a skeleton timetable to ensure a good mixture of skills but priority is give to speaking, listening and pronunciation.
In the afternoons you are free to relax, go shopping, visit the city or other places of interest. Our Social Manager can help arrange visits to many places within 1-2 hours of Worcester, so you can plan to have a busy time at Kingsway if you wish!
PLEASE NOTE : Some of your fellow students on your morning course will be taking lessons in the afternoons if they are on the full-time programme. Don't worry! The afternoon lessons are independent of the morning lessons, so you will not miss out on anything. You can still relax in the afternoons and each morning you will continue from the previous day's class.
