Kathy is our Student Services Manager. As well as arranging your accommodation and checking that you are satisfied with it, Kathy is also available to deal with other non-academic issues She can
- make a doctor’s appointment for you if necessary.
- answer questions about your hosts &/or your accommodation.
- give you information about bus & train times.
- help you hire a car for the weekend.
- help you book a hotel if you want to go away for the weekend.
- give advice specific to Moslem students eg directions to the mosque, prayer times, halal food outlets etc.

However, on the rare occasions that a student has genuine reason for not being completely satisfied with our service, we will do whatever is necessary to rectify the situation and make sure they are happy with our response. |
