General English Combination (GEC)

This course gives you the best of both worlds with plenty of contrast between the 2! In the mornings you will enjoy the dynamics of group work & practise your General English skills (15 hours), and in the afternoons you will have the benefit of your own teacher so that you can focus on your specific personal objectives (11 hours). During your first one-to-one lesson your teacher will carry out a Needs Analysis and agree on a programme of study with you. You can at any time change the direction of this programme to ensure that by the time you leave Kingsway you have achieved your objectives.

There is an optional self study period at the end of the day – a great opportunity to review your day’s lessons, do your homework or use some of Kingsway’s user-friendly learning materials. But you may sometimes prefer to unwind with an early beer at a local pub!
Also included is a 3-hour Friday restaurant session with the other students and some of the teachers.
