Business English for Adults at Kingsway means Business English for adults! We believe we are unique in England because we offer fantastic quality Business English courses for mature adults who need to improve their Business English for professional, business and social purposes. And very often a combination of all three!

In most schools if you are a mature professional adult you will be put in a class (even a Business English class!) with teenagers, or your alternative is to take a One-to-One Business English course instead. In most cases neither of these is right for you. At Kingsway you can be assured of being put in a Business English class with people of a similar maturity and interest.

Even through the summer season Business English courses are for mature adults with a minimum age of 21 years - there is no maximum age limit to join our Business English courses. The typical age range of adults on our Business English courses is between 30 and 55 years old, so no matter what your age, you will be surrounded by mature adults looking for small English classes, with a maximum of 6 adult students per class.

Business English for Professional Adults

Many of our students are mature, professional adult people who need Business English for work and Business English for socialising. They want general Business English so they can perform their jobs better. They already know the precise terminology of English for work purposes. What is missing is the general Business English that cements work and social life.

At Kingsway English Centre our Business English group courses focus on the general Business English needs. If you want to focus on specific Business English language we can also offer you One-to-One Business English lessons where you can specialise in any language particular to your industry.

An English School for Mature Adults like you!

One of the key features you as a mature adult will find at Kingsway English Centre is that everything is geared towards mature adult students who appreciate nice things in life. Our premises, which are right in the centre of Worcester, England on Foregate Street, are well kept and spacious.

We have around 800 square metres and around 25 - 35 adult students on Business English Group courses, Business English Combination courses and One-to-One English courses. So you are never "packed in like sardines" - you have elegant space to be yourself.

Business English Courses for Mature Adults at Kingsway English Centre

At Kingsway we offer a range of Business English courses for adults.

The Business English Group (BEG) course is for those adults looking for a full-time intensive Professional English course which consists of General English for Professional people in the mornings and Business English Group lessons in the afternoons (26 hours per week of English Group lessons).

The Business English Combination (BEC) course is for those adults looking for One-to-One 1:1 English (or individual English) lessons in the mornings and Business English for adults in small classes (maximum 6) in the afternoons. The great thing about this Business English Combination course is that you have the best of both worlds - your own teacher in the mornings to focus on the specific Business language that you need for your job, and the dynamics of a group of Business people in the afternoons to follow a more general Business English programme.

A SPECIAL NOTE : If you are thinking of going to study in London we suggest you don't! You will meet more foreign people than native English speakers. You can still visit London because one of our social programme trips is a full day in London. Although it is a long day (leave Worcester at 7am, return at 8pm) you will pass all the sights - including Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Covent Garden etc. A truly great trip for mature adults, professional or not!!

Remember that Kingsway English Centre specialises in Business English for adults, Business English for professional people, One-to-one Business English lessons for adults, as well as General English for adults and General English for professional people. There is no one younger than 21 years old and there are no teenagers, so you can relax and enjoy yourself on your English programme and get what you want from your time in the UK.
